We have decided to process wild game this year, and our prices will be the same as last year.

We also have come up with some new ideas and flavors for sausage and jerky.

All the processing on wild game will be bonless and all the steaks and roast will be double wraped in paper and plastic.

This year we are hoping to use a chubber on any ground product instead of the paper and plastic flat packages to offset our increased expence on labour and operating cost.

We are also planing on vacuum wrapping all of the smoked and ready to eat products, like summer sausage,snack sticks and jerky

Here is my price list:

  • Antilope $65.00
  • Deer/Elk $0.75 per pound with a $65.00 minimum
  • Skinning $7.00 per antilope, $10.00 per deer and $20.00 per elk
  • Jerky teriaki hot/mild $3.75 per pound
  • Jerky pepper (no soy) $3.75 per pound
  • Summer sausage $3.00 per pound
  • Snack sticks with or without cheddar/japaleno $4.00 per pound
  • Slim's (slim jims) $5.00 per pound
  • Fresh links (brats) $1.35 per pound
  • Fresh Sausage (breakfast,chorizo, etc) $0.90 per pound
  • Pork trim $1.50 per pound
  • Ground chuck $2.50 per pound
