Catering

I'm hoping do some catering this year, I have a based my prices on a 20 pound minimum.

it would also be good if you brought your own warming pan when you pick up your product.

For larger orders a delivery might be available, call for more info and scheduling

Smoked hog

Hickory smoked BBQ Hog marinated with salt garlick and butter

up to 120 pound hanging weight

$100.00 for seasoning and smoking + the price of the hog

Sliced Beef.

Smoked beef with eather bbq or balsamic seasoning

$5.50 a lb finished weight

Pulled Pork

Bonless pork marinated with garlic, salt and butter

$4.00 per pound finsihed weight
